Shipping policy

After an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to process & ship. 

Your order confirmation and tracking number will be available to the email on file.

Orders are shipped through UPS/USPS and arrive within 1-3 business days depending on location. Overseas orders may take longer.

Please note, once package is shipped we are not responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries. Any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS. The shipping carrier is responsible for claiming & locating packages.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (The Reason) reshipping fees will be necessary to have the package returned to you with the shipping carrier of your choice.
